Resort Village Contest Rules Win a FREE Season Ski Pass 2010 Official Contest Rules

| HOW TO ENTER. To enter, contest participants must complete the online entry form. To be eligible to win, entries must be received by email no later than midnight December 17, 2009. No purchase necessary to win. Only one entry per person. RANDOM DRAWING. One winner will be selected in random drawings on or about December 4, 11, and 18, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. The decision of Talisman Resort Village is final. Talisman will make three attempts to contact the potential winner via telephone within 10 days from the time the winner is selected. Talisman will not leave a telephone message. If Talisman is unable to reach the potential winner via telephone within this 10-day period, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. The Winner will be provided with a certified letter confirming the Prize. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE. Three Prizes will be awarded: each prize is one full season ski pass. Lifts operate Wednesday thru Sunday and ends March 21, 2010. Season pass will be available for pick up commencing Sunday December 12, 2009 daily, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM and each pass holder will sign a liability waiver upon release. Each Pass Value $565.00 Canadian. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS. Employees of Talisman Resort Village and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. To be eligible to win, you must be at least 19 years of age with valid photo identification. Anyone younger than 19 years of age must have parental/guardian consent for release of prize. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Talisman is not responsible for late, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any errors of any kind. No substitution or transfer of the Price by the winner is permitted. All federal, provincial and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. SUBSTITUTION/INDEMINIFICATION. Talisman Resort Village reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance by the winner constitutes permission to Talisman Resort Village and its respective agencies to use such winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to hold Talisman Resort Village, its respective directors, officers, employers and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the use of the Prize. The winner assumes liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use by redemption of the Prize. By participating in this, entrants agree to be bound to the Official Rules and decisions of Talisman Resort Village. Talisman Resort Village is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, or administration of the Prize, or in the announcement of the Prize.
